RULES & ITEM LIMIT POLICY

GENERAL GUEST RULES

Item Limits:
To ensure all attendees can meet our guests, autograph limits have been applied per trip through the autograph line. You may bring multiple items, but once you reach the limit, you must return to the back of the line for additional signatures.

Standard Guests: 5 items per trip

International Guests: 3 items per trip

Exceptions:
On-site exceptions may be granted for unique cases, such as one item per character the guest portrays. These limits help improve the overall WeebCon attendee experience.

Funko Pops:
For International Guests, Funko Pops must be taken out of the box and flattened to be signed. ONLY allowed Funko Pops listed below can be signed.

We will have MAS Authentication on site

INTERNATIONAL GUEST POLICY:

It is an honor and a privilege to have International guests attend the show, in order to respect our international partners we are adhering to all requests made by them.

Guests have the right to refuse any request for signature, photos, or additional add ons not pre-approved by WeebCon and their Representative.

International guests will have limited hours on the show floor, please follow our Instagram and monitor all schedule changes as they come up.

INTERNATIONAL GUEST GENERAL RULES:

• No prints will be available at the Guest table. You must bring your own item
• Only officially licensed products, prints, or posters may be signed (this includes Funko)
• No fan art or fan-made items will be signed
• Items must be personalized with a name, no character names are allowed, please have ID ready for any staff member who requests it.

INTERNATIONAL GUEST ITEM LIMITATIONS:

If an international guest is not listed in the Item Limitations section please refer back to the International Guest Policy & International Guest General Rules for guidance on what can be signed.

Quick FAQ:

1. If a Guest is listed to have a “Blank Shikishi board” then Staff will have some available at the table upon purchase, while supplies last.

2. If you are bringing Shikishi boards then it must be BLANK. No officially licensed printed shikishi boards will allowed to be signed by Tanezaki and Hirata will not sign any Official One Piece Shikishi boards

3. If you bring an item that is not approved on the outlined list below, you will be turned away and denied an autograph

Tanezaki - will only be able to sign the following FUNKO items & a Blank Shikishi board, no additional official merch will be allowed to be signed.

Hirata - will only be able to sign the following FUNKO items from One Piece, no other One Piece items are allowed to be signed, including official merch.

Hirata will have a blank shikishi board to sign and is able to sign any other officially licensed merchandise from any other series he is credited with.
